Specific to Insight articles: <boxed-text> is present at the start of the <body> containing the citation details for the Research article to which the Insight is related. This is known as the Key-Info box. It also contains an inline-graphic and a paragraph that acts as a caption for this graphic (but is NOT tagged as <caption>).
In the PDF, the image is placed between a blue bar on the left edge of the page and the Key-Info box, which occupies the top of the left column on the first page. The image is scaled to the exact size of the Key-Info box wherever possible - where an Insight is related to multiple papers, this may not be possible.
