Hi @hdrury1, we've made a couple of changes, please update Review to match:

On the Editorial Process page:

"Initial Submissions

If you are interested in submitting your work to eLife, please review the guidelines relating to Initial Submissions. We refer authors to “Ten common statistical mistakes to watch out for when writing or reviewing a manuscript” and eLife’s Transparent Reporting Form as they prepare their submission. During the initial submission phase, members of eLife’s senior editorial team assess new submissions, often in consultation with members of the Board of Reviewing Editors or with external guest editors where necessary, to identify the ones that are appropriate for in-depth peer review."

On the Initial Submissions page:

"Initial submissions

We refer authors to “Ten common statistical mistakes to watch out for when writing or reviewing a manuscript” as they prepare their submission. Please provide detailed information within the submission to facilitate the interpretation and replication of experiments, following the guidance in eLife’s Transparent Reporting Form (a completed version of this form will be requested if the work is invited for in-depth review).

Single Manuscript PDF

When they are ready to submit, authors should start by uploading their manuscript text and figures as a single PDF (ideally smaller than 15MB), organised with easy readability in mind."

Thank you!
