10 months ago There's already an xsl to fix the same issue in the v1. I'll extend it to cover all versions

10 months ago Thanks @fred-atherden and @JGilbert-eLife. That's our mistake. I've asked Sue to add the author response. I suspect that'll be added today or tomorrow, but it's not a problem from my perspective if it's published before the author response is added.
