Nicely spotted @rkcook312. Looks like the hypothesis comment has been edited: https://hypothes.is/a/SkNReL6QEe6LS8NhfrrmiA. So we'll need to wait until tomorrow before this gets updated (I\'d be happy to proceed with this issue as is for now).

The other problem (affiliations), we should definitely fix. This is how it was presented int he original PDF, so it's bad tagging:
