There are three preprint versions. Looks like version 2 was posted on the 5th November and version 3 was posted a few days later on the 8th.
bioRxiv only have meca packages for versions 1 and 3:

@acollings, do you know why the authors posted a v3 a few days after the v2? Should we use the v3 instead? If so, please could the reviews be moved over to the v3?
