@fred-atherden Two authors have no affiliation, is this ok? It matches the preprint:

Well spotted @naushinthomson. No I think we need to ensure they have affiliations. Are you OK to reach out to the corresponding authors and ask for them?

naushinthomson commented 3 months ago

Will do!

naushinthomson commented 3 months ago

@fred-atherden Actually I just noticed that we have the affiliations on eJP, is that something you can update in a MECA package or do we need the authors to update on bioRxiv?

fred-atherden commented 3 months ago

Thanks Naushin - I saw there was an affiliation in eJP, but I think it would still be good to confirm what it should be with the authors first (we just have University of Leicester - no department (is it "The Ernest and Helen Scott Haematological Research Institute, Leicester Cancer Research Centre, College of Life Sciences"?), and eJP only supports one affiliation, not multiple which they may have)

Ok will do!

Authors confirm that "Sandrine and Robert should have the same affiliation as Martin Dyer". Modified package uploaded and now need to wait for datahub to recognise the change in the spreadsheet and update the meca path in the docmap.
