@FionaBryant, @KJT08, the Author response images in this one are pretty illegible. In the authors PDF the images are quite good. Do you know how the downsampling in the image has occurred? Is there anything we can do to improve their resolution?

@fred-atherden . @FionaBryant not sure why they look this bad, all I did was save the image from the pdf/word doc which don't look as bad as the ones here.

OK thanks Karen - let's proceed with these ones as is. Maybe imgur is doing the downsampling (in which case there's not much we can do I think).
