Moving the reviews over to the v2 (waiting for the MECA package to be created)

MECA package is available at s3://transfers-elife/biorxiv_Current_Content/September_2024/05_Sep_24_Batch_2091/798a5c3c-760d-1014-b0dc-e993dd9dfce8.meca.

Not sure if DataHub will automatically pull this in (given a previous MECA package was provided).

I have updated the MECA path spreadsheet, and for good measure copied over a transformed package to s3://prod-elife-epp-meca/reviewed-preprints/100492-v1-meca.zip. This should now be ready to check.
