broken preview page due to (odd) biorxiv capture of the on-behalf-of.

The XSLT to handle on-behalf-of is expecting it as a child of the contrib-group, not within its own contrib element: https://github.com/elifesciences/enhanced-preprints-biorxiv-xslt/blob/b86b907719553868cf93dde5afd8dd51a572b1ab/src/workaround-for-organisation-authors.xsl#L24-L33

Also the text 'on behalf of ' has not been included
