GitBook to Slab URL mapping #208

We need to update the Schematron so that the links point to Slab instead of GitBook.

The easiest way to do so is to 'map' the page URLs from Gitbook to Slab. The URLs for any tests covered on a gitbook page can then easily be updated with the correct Slab links.
