If you have an "always on top" window without focus, you don't want it to always be at the top of the Switcheroo list all the time. You want the windows that you are actually interacting with to be at the top. Otherwise, the "always on top" window is always getting in the way.
@daanzu I don't experience this behavior. To test it I've set a window on top, alt+tabbed away from it it and launched switcheroo but in no way it was shown on top. What goes on top for me is the previous focused window.
Hmm, perhaps more specific conditions are required for the problem to manifest. It has been a while since I fixed it, so I may be misremembering. I know I needed it for something.
Please explain why this is needed...
