Make NPM compatible #47

I added a "package.json" file with your information to make this package able to be included as a dependency via NPM. Now it can be added to the npm index, or simply included using:

npm install eligrey/blob.js

Looks like you're ready for npm. As described in previous issues, I don't include any particual support for any package manager metadata in this GitHub repo. It's usually simple and easy to be a maintainer for the package manager of your choosing.
