Hi,
In order for Bower to work, you need to add tags for each version (this is equivalent to npm's publish functionality).
In case you haven't done this:
version
git tag -a v0.1.0 -m 'my version 0.1.0'
git push origin --tags
(Note that in Windows command line, double quotes are needed for step 2.)
