Develop a new automated specimen system for the GF Project Template

This would use DrawBot-Skia and a make command (make specimens for example) to regenerate specimen images for the Google Fonts Project Template.

This makes it so images can be reproduced and updated with no additional software, and image creation is cross-platform.

This might involve contributing to DrawBot-Skia features that are missing from the MacOS version.

This will take visual design inspiration from Letraset and the Actual Source font catalogs, keeping things simple and clean that works well with drawbot-skia:

I think this is good for in-scope 2023, since we can use this in promotional images on socials, but as a timeboxes 2nd level project
