Onboard more high-quality fonts that support the Perso-Arabic script

Only 43 of the 1550 font families on Google Fonts support the Perso-Arabic script, yet it is the second most widely used alphabet/abjad after Latin and has a calligraphic tradition that in my opinion surpasses Latin.

I plan to onboard as many high-quality fonts supporting this script as I can in 2023, and add support for this script to existing fonts if possible.

These are good for me in 2023 scope, even Q3. I think this is a 1st tier project; without the Arabic script caveat, its the # 1 :)
