Rootless install? #2

The description for release 3.0 states there's a rootless version of CCPatch13, but I can't seem to find it. Is it available? If so, how are you supposed to install it?

It’s the arm64 in released files

I can confirm it’s not working in rootless, it can be installed but doesn’t work as it should to patch commenter
