(File-> Upload) does nothing. #187

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click File-> Upload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect something with which to open a file, instead I see nothing. 

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
I am using 2010 version, I suppose.  I am on Google's Chrome browser.  

Please provide any additional information below.
My OS is Linux. Specifically gNewSence, a child of Ubuntu.

Most likely a popup blocker is getting in the way.

I'm having the same problem with Google Chrome under WindowsXP. I've tried with 
other browsers such as Firefox or Explorer and I still can't see anything when 
I go to File>Upload. I don't know what else to try (Provided that the problem 
is the browser)

Similarly, nothing happens in Safari 5.0.5 in Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
