Please, for the love of developers' sanity, say more! Your message is generic 
enough that it could be that every time you open LatexLabs you get abducted by 
aliens, or there is a lightning strike!

ok, thanks, for your attention but these problem was my browser, i have  
Internet explorer 7, now i use google chrome.
