What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I'm trying to include a user-defined document class template but isn't 
working.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It doesn't compile... input=> \documentclass{llncs} output=>! LaTeX Error: File 
`llncs.cls' not found

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Safari-4.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
I also tried to 
\documentclass{./llncs} and \documentclass{/home/llncs} but i've the same 
error. llncs.cls and llncs.sty are in my google docs folder.
