only see single page of compiled document

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile document
2. view document in safari or firefox on mac
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?

Same for me. I see only single page of the multi-page document. I use Google 
Chrome browser

Same problem here.

Step1: Trying to compile attached document.
Step2: View Document in Firefox 3.6.13, Ubuntu 10.10.

Expected: A document with more than one page.
Saw instead: Only first page of the document is shown correctly. When exporting 
to pdf, the document has the expected amount of pages but except for the first 
one, they're all blank.

I encounter the same problem.  I have used both Google Chrome and Firefox on 
Windows 7.  Very occasionally the second of 2 pages will compile and display in 
preview, but usually it doesn't and I only see the first page.  Exporting to 
PDF always produces all pages.  Using LaTeX lab version 2.0.
