Does not appear to retain empty line information #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Typing a blank new line between paragraphs and saving.
2. Return to document.
3. New, blank, line between paragraphs dissapears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Retention of blank line between paragraphs.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Latest version on IE 8.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Perhaps not a bug and I simply do not use LaTeX correctly for id'ing new 
paragraphs.

This is the same as issue 193.

Fwiw, I have reported issue 300, which describes the opposite problem:
every empty line becomes two empty lines. Then 4, then 8, and so on.
