Redesign maps

The current maps leave a lot to be desired:

• The color is a bit harsh
• A lot of the callouts are wrong
• bombsite are flipped on Bind

Ideally we can re-do the maps and make the site look much cleaner

some notes:

• map size changes with viewport but a png of size 1280*800 (W X H) should suffice
• we want the maps to be a little wider so there is less blank space adjacent the icons
