What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just feel the need to drop part of a stack your character is carrying. Where 
you would normally type 
something like 'd7a' to drop 7 items of object 'a', the touch interface would 
not allow you to do it.

I have not investigated a lot, but it seems to me there is no way of specifying 
numeric arguments to 
commands.

You can swipe an item while dropping/throwing to specify an amount (see issue 
81).
It's documented in the manual.
