Better-looking Character Info table

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the Menu button.
2. Select "Info"
3. select "Character Info"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Observed output: See screenshot #1 (9:38).  A collection of table Sections,
rather than 3 sections (Starting, Current, Deities) separating table-cells.

Suggested output: A table of "Key/Value" cells like in Settings.app and the
second screenshot (9:52).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1, Firmware 3.1

I also imagine this applying to #Enhance: Show the 3 categories as 
category-headers,
and everything else as full TableCells.  Enhanceable skills can have an 
action-button
at the right end.
