Prevent empty menus (main inventory) from being displayed #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have nothing to read in your main inventory.
2. Read

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An empty menu is displayed. This should be prevented if possible.

This also happens with throw, If I don't have a weapon I can't throw anything.
