Rogue level Memory Usage #128

This may or may not be an issue, but I thought I'd bring it up.

Running around on the Rogue level yesterday, I noticed that iNethack was
just chewing up RAM like crazy.  I haven't noticed it on other levels so I
wonder if it is something with the text tileset implementation.  The app
actually crashed 3 times on that level and I haven't generally had crashing
issues in this game.

That was a serious memory leak that would create a new ASCII tileset on each 
redraw.
Fixed in r320.
