Settings Menu Change #165

The settings menu has no feature to guide you lower into the settings. By
that I mean, there is no way to know that you can scroll down further to
see the UI options or Hearse options etc. The gameplay list is so well
aligned that it looks as if that is the only options there are. 

Maybe some text at the bottom pointing downwards might help enlighten those
who might not know otherwise.

I'm using the release version 1.3 of iNethack.

You're right it doesn't look like there's more. I guess the best way would be to
introduce another gameplay option.
