Using a public service (like OpenFeint) to track them, it would be nice to be 
able to submit and compare your high scores (like alt.nethack.org).

I think this is a great idea, but could we figure out some way to break the top 
tens down into different 
game types like ascensions, different deaths, conducts, gold total. I think it 
would make it fun, kinda like 
achievements... Ooh there's an idea.
