No "Escape" key in DirectionInputView #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select an action that requires a direction (like o for open
2. You can't escape out of the choice

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pressing Escape on a normal keyboard would produce the "Never mind." 
message and not cause any action or increase the turn counter. At the 
moment there is no way to cancel out of an action once selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0, iPhone 3GS
