Choices for well-known actions (like throw) should should offer the preferred (?) possibilities, all (*) as separate menu entry #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Command throw

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Choice selection will offer everyting (*). Instead, only (?) choices should
be shown first, with all (*) choices as separate choice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

r35 contains a very whacky solution to this
$,- and * are now options if possible
this is experimental and could blow up in your face, haven't time to test it
much

todo: expand ranges in lets (like a-z) display_pickinv doesn't seem to expand
them

It's very much playable now, but the choice of items seems to be random at first
(e.g., drop 'd') until you opt for more.
