it should be less sensitive or at least, the delay between taps to initiate 
running should be configurable in settings.app

There's now a touch sensitivity slider, where you can specify the time interval 
in
fractions of 1s. 0 and 1 means that sensitivity is off, i.e. that's the double 
touch
handling as it is now. Default is 1.
