shorten item names

well i know you are well aware of the item names cut off issue that is in
serious need of text wrapping. but shortening item names would help ease
this problem.

and what i mean is not really shortening the items name its self but added
things.

 the main one would be (being worn) I propose changing this to a simple (E)
meaning equiped (would also be suited for weapons) furthermore this info
should be moved in front of the item name to make it easier to see this
information at a glance. as an example.

A blessed +2 scale mail (being worn)

would instead be

(E) A blessed +2 scale mail

also the BUC status is the major factor in overly long names so perhaps
this can be shortened as well to something like {B}  {U}  {C}
useing the above example it could then be shorted to

(E){B} +2 scale mail

or perhaps a graphical representation  of BUC status could be used like a
circle filled in black for cursed, grey for uncursed, white or yellow for
blessed.

also when shop items are in the inv and have things like (100 zorkmids due)
maybe the "zorkmids" should be removed or changed to G meaning gold. for
one i am sure ppl will know what (100 due) means with out the added bloat,
and second currency having 2 names can confuse new players (i know this is
a nethack thing but its pointless)  

i know none of this is faithful to nethack but meh nethack is dated in many
ways, and was not designed with a small mobile device in mind

I like the icon ideas. 

How about if the text scrolled slowly so you could read the whole thing?

this is mostly fixed in the beta build (posted this before i tried the beta my 
bad)

though I still stand by the icon idea for BUC status I can live without it and 
see
that its not very needed, so if the big guys decide its not worth doing i 
understand
and this can be closed.
