What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on something you can't go, like a wall beside you
2. time/turn counter increases though you don't move
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Non-movements shouldn't use up time.
This seems to be a NetHack core issue (window support system), as it's the
same behavior as in the Qt port.
I haven't checked whether this creates a rest move
