Unresponsive after cancelling extended command #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap # on the main screen
2. Tap '<Dungeon' to return to the main screen
3. Try to move or use any command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the extended command to be canceled.

Instead almost all buttons and commands are unresponsive unless I leave and
restart inethack, or use the keyboard to enter an extended command (e.g.
'v').  Then everything works again (in the latter case, queued actions
suddenly take effect, which can be very bad).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

iNetHack 1.0 (Jul 17) on iPhone OS 3.0.1 (7A400)
