Applying an orb/crystal ball doesn't ask what to search for #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a character with suitably high intelligence (eg wizard)
2. Obtain an orb
3. Apply orb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should ask what I want to search for, and bring up the keyboard.
Instead it just searches for scrolls.

There is an implementation for this on the trunk, still experimenting with it.

Will set this to fixed. A keyboard is shown when applying a crystal ball. 
Return is ESC.
