Maybe those bars should contain many more quick commands that can be
accessed by an additional button. So the command set cycles (up and down?)

Bigger buttons wouldn't hurt too.

And maybe even make them customizable.

You can now define an arbitrary number of shortcuts in the code. The bars can be
changed by swiping left and right, and they adapt to view width.

They could be customizable now, but I'll wait for user feedback.
