Rogue level should go back to ASCII #96

I just hit the Rogue level in beta 3.

Now that beta 4 supports ASCII, do we want to mirror the functionality
where the UI is forced back to ASCII on that level?

I would be against forcing ASCII. People who haven't played NetHack would be 
massively confused if everything turned ASCII, in my opinion.

LOL this idea cracked me up :) Was some work but it's implemented in r232.
Independent of your tileset, it switches to rogue color ascii on the rogue 
level.

Since the rogue level is generated lvls 15+ I doubt that anyone who didn't play
NetHack a *lot* before will be confused.
