It doesn't seem like it, the ENSSubdomainRegistrar will keep ownership of the ENS node, it will only set a default resolver and set the addr to the dao address: https://github.com/aragon/osx/blob/develop/packages/contracts/src/framework/utils/ens/ENSSubdomainRegistrar.sol
