webapp: Add Coinbase Smart Wallet as sign-in option #34

The reason for doing this is to make it easier for content creators to get an Ethereum address.

Before working on this, verify that the Coinbase Smart Wallet is compatible with the Drips app (so that content creators can claim their tokens from the elimu.ai Drip List).
