Create Provider for v6 hubs #77

I have a new v6 hub, and have been looking through the new protocol and have decided to make a plugin for this as it seems to be a completely different system.

MiLight V6 hub provider is now in a separate repo, you can follow development, add/track issues etc here: https://github.com/eliotstocker/MiLight3Provider
