add plugin to create verse by verse audio bible of selected version

will take Chinese Union Version as an example ... internet has Mandarin files on CUV, but not easy to find Cantonese ones ... will create verse-by-verse Cantonese audio bible of CUV.

user can use this example to create audio bible of other versions.

done. uploaded CUV in Cantonese as the first product. will upload the plugin soon.
