Updating build host requirements links to yocto documentation #50

The links in step 0 of the build instructions seem to be outdated. This PR let's them point to the current location of the information in the yocto documentation.

I've updated the second link to point to the correct section in the yocto documentation.

@leonard-huebner thanks for the patch. I checked that both links are working. As this is a documentation update no dedicated CI check is needed to perform testing This PR can be merged.
