Added Information on Repo contents and structure Removed reference to my personal fork for the WIP version.

@Jochen-Kall we took a look into the readme/PR during the weekly Automotive WG meeting and the PR is good to be merged. For further updates it makes sense to archive the historical versions so that they can be accessed, but not be next to recent work. This can help to keep overview.

As the DCO check fails, they should get resolved and then it is good to merge. Content is already approved by the working group.
