Checke feasibility of systemtap #49

Need to check, if we can enable systemtap in the kernel on qemu.

systemtap is a good tool to trace workloads.

@efriedrich checked the kernel config and it is in good shape. It fits to the requirements. Eugen already checked that systemtap is already included in AGL packages (not checked if it is installed yet).

Next step try systemtap standalone and afterwards the TapTrek tooling around it.
