Qemu boot with Xilinx ZCU102 images #12

It is possible to boot the images built for Xilinx ZCU102 hardware also in a Xilinx Qemu.

In this task the systems WG CI should be enhanced to boot also the qemu. This means we need to prepare the build of the Xilinx qemu, which is not fully upstream, but available as OSS version.

It is not considered to bring this up in the openQA setup. Anyway, it has no graphical interface after boot, so console testing is enough to see things booting,

@sudipm-mukherjee is in discussion with @mtt2hi to use the existing documentation in PR #11 to set things up in the systems WG CI.
