Get an external concrete use case to implement safety criticality in the example system #13

The existing example system is mainly showing the integration and base device settings. In order to make it a bit more tangible a real use case is needed.

One idea so far was to run the use case of LFEnergy EVerest project. https://lfenergy.org/projects/everest/

The use case may make use of Linux, but has higher safety-criticality assigned to Zephyr.
