How to treat HBOM? #15

After we come closer to the System SBOM, we should also have HBOM in mind. It can also cover topics like VHDL and Verilog elements.

SPDX is extending to support Hardware (physical as well as virtual). There is a meeting with experts in this area every two weeks. If others interested in attending, please let me know and I'll add to invite. Goal is for Safety profile information, we should be able to link hardware (physical or virtual) with software.
