bring automated end2end example into a CI #4

Once the end2end example can be reproduced with moulin (or plain yocto or other way of tooling), the automated build should be placed into a CI. Purpose is first of all only to build the example. Flashing to a Renesas or other board is not part of the issue.

Xilinx setup brought into CI: https://gitlab.com/elisa-tech/systems-wg-ci Renesas was not possible.
