Game stutters when playing the game/accessing the options. #1023

I am running this on Linux with an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D with a RX 7800XT. After doing the update, I enable the package to help with Wine/Proton package. I am having issues where the game would load fine and the main menu would run smoothly, it is when I try to access the options menu or run the game that it will begin the stutter to the point where it is a literal slideshow on PowerPoint. I've tried lowering my settings, and running it via Steam ended up showing my a white 4:3 screen with it freezing up.
