fix transparency issue #2

This commit "fixes" the transparency issue that results in the ball not being able to move via mouse. You can change transparency with "Space" key and move it while it's not transparent, then toggle it back to make it see-through.

Sounds good! It is also updated for .NET 4.8 and I changed some stuff for my personal liking, so they may not be included and sorry for extra stuff :)

Sorry for necro posting, but I wanted to bump this so it can get merged. Also, if anyone is looking for a working exe. pektezol has the release binary in their repo.
